Join Daniel from Fitness Blender in this 10 minute Abs Pilates workout. Its pretty fast and furious and has 10 exercises with 50 seconds on and a 10 second rest ( well shall we call it a pause more than a rest). We found this to be a good slow burn for the abs.

This routine gets right into it so you might want to do a warm up first and a warm down at the end.
